We have an experienced and courteous team for all your plumbing maintenance, home renovations, and residential construction projects. Since 2015 our clients have trusted Legacy Plumbing Services with all their plumbing requirements.
We are proud to take our clients through every step of the repair or construction process. Whether you hire us to fix a leaking tap or replace a burst geyser, our aim is to give you peace of mind that the job will be done correctly and in accordance with plumbing codes, water bylaws, and building regulations. All work is produced efficiently and to the highest quality.

Emergency Plumbing Process
Eg. Burst Pipes, Burst Geysers, Blocked Sewer line
When you call, we will give you an hourly rate nd a rough estimate depending on the issue. When we arrive we will resolve the immediate issue such as switching off the water and fixing a burst pipe and quote on next steps – eg if you have a burst geyser we will quote you a replacement geyser. We supply geyser reports and pictures for you to submit to your insurance company. Once approval and deposit are received we proceed with booking the job, getting materials, and arriving on site. COD payment is then required on completion.
General Plumbing Process
Eg. Water backup, Heating Solutions, Water Pressure, etc
When there are no emergencies it’s a great time to plan for plumbing that might be needed around the house, from yearly inspections to us giving you guidance on how to increase water pressure or reduce electricity on water heating needs. We are here to help with all plumbing queries and plans for improvements. So call us to discuss and we can quote you from there.
Process for Renovations or Constuction Projects
When you have an exiting renovation or constuction project, its time to give us a call.
Schedule a site visit with us, so that we can discuss the requirements of the project. Having building plans, which include piping plans, and positioning plans for sanitaryware and kitchen/bathroom cabinets, make a huge difference in the efficiency and ease of a project once in progress. It helps us identify any potential issues upfront so that we can discuss with your architect or builders.

Industry Affiliations
Terry has trained through CPD college, obtaining ‘City & Guilds’ international qualifications. He is registered as a Licensed Plumber with the PIRB (Plumbing Industry Registration Board) and is a Member of IOPSA (The Institute of Plumbing SA). Terry also serves on Plumbing Africa’s Advisory Committee.
